Chemweb is an useful web site dedicated to chemistry. Registration is free and can even give you access to full text version of some journals in pdf.

At the present time, access to the Beilstein abstracts is free of charge (140 journals from 1980 to present time).You can also find the Analytical Abstracts (250 journals : analytical abstracts 1.pdf, analytical abstracts 2.pdf).
